dropping db if it is in rollback process (MS SQL 2005)

1. На початку 2008 року українсько-польські чини домовились про безвізовий перетин кордону, для громадян України, які живуть у прикордонній зоні.

2. В кінці жовтня 2008 року узгодили правила малого прикордонного руху (Польща повинна до нового року здійснити всі процедури, щоб громадяни мали змогу скористатись малим прикордонним рухом з 2009 року)
